Let’s Get Real—Screen To Screen

We get it. These days, we spend half our lives staring at screens—phones, laptops, tablets. But somehow, even with all that glowing blue light, actually connecting with real people can still feel... kinda hard.

Still, it’s what we’ve got—so we’re going to make the most of it.

This page is our attempt to bridge the gap. No coffee shop meetup (yet), no front porch handshake. Just us—the Calm By Grace team—doing our best to introduce ourselves from our screen to yours. Who we are, what we do, and why we care.

We’re part of Reach One Media, and this is a little glimpse of our story. Thanks for finding us. We’re really glad you’re here.

Where Smiles Meet The Savior

At Calm By Grace, we specialize in joy—with a purpose. Our most eye-catching content? That would be our caricature art—bold, playful, and full of personality. It's the hook that draws folks in, and it gets people talking (and smiling).

But behind the fun, we’re up to something deeper.

We create faith-based books designed to quietly point hearts toward Jesus. Think coloring books that calm the soul, puzzle books that spark reflection, and trivia books that make learning about the faith a delightful journey. Whether you’re 7 or 77, there’s something here to lift your spirit and help you focus on what truly matters.

So yes—we’re a little quirky. But every piece of content we make is crafted with one goal in mind: to help you experience the peace of Christ in the most joy-filled ways possible.

The Little Red Barn With a Great Big Heart!

The team at Calm By Grace is not part of a big corporation with a downtown office and a coffee bar nearby. Nope—we’re a humble apostolate working out of a red barn tucked away in the countryside. It’s peaceful and quiet here, the kind of place that’s filled with the joy you can only get when your mission is to love.

We’re part of Reach One Media, a small team of big-hearted volunteers who give their time and talents freely to share their faith in creative ways. Most days, it’s just two or three of us cooking up ideas and coloring outside the lines (literally). For bigger projects—like a book—you might see four or five of us around the table, each pitching in for the good of the Gospel.

Nobody gets a salary. Everyone serves because they believe in the mission: to reach one heart at a time with the peace of Jesus.

It’s not flashy, but it’s real. And it’s filled with grace. By the way, when you see an author named “Rom Webster,” there’s a secret to that name. It’s not actually one, single person. “Rom” stands for “Reach One Media.” And Webster refers to the “web team” that put a particular, digital project together. Think of it as a pen name that pays homage to a devoted team of volunteers.

At Calm By Grace, we’ve got a soft spot for folk art—the kind that’s homespun, heartfelt, and sometimes a little bit wobbly too. Our artwork is not as much about perfection as it is about connection.

What we do is simple on purpose. Whether it’s the joyful sketch of a lovable bishop or a cartoon farmer fixing the Wi-Fi, our folk-style drawings are filled with soul. They reflect the world as we see it—beautiful, quirky, and full of God’s creative fingerprints.

We believe that a little line, a splash of color, and a whole lot of heart can speak volumes. Folk art makes our work more like a front porch conversation than a sermon. We invite people in and let them breathe.

Oh, yeah! in that same warm space, hearts can be stirred toward Christ. So yes—it’s art. But it’s also evangelization with a wink and a smile.
